Your order will be dispatched within 1-2 business days. Orders placed before 1 pm AEST Monday –
Friday ship out that same day!
- FREE AUS SHIPPING ON ALL ORDERS ABOVE $80 AUD
- $7.95 Express Shipping on all orders under $80 AUD
- Please check your shipping information is correct, including your business name or unit number. We do not take responsibility for shipping delays or missing items if your address is incomplete or invalid.
- Tracking information is provided by Australia Post and will be provided to you by email during the order fulfilment process. We do not take responsibility for issues with tracking or delivery once your order is with Australia Post.

- Orders are usually packed and ready to ship 1-2 business days after the order is placed
- A “business day” is considered to be Monday through Friday, excluding holidays
- Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update once you receive a tracking number, some carriers have a delay in their system.
- All shipping prices are quoted in the AUD Dollar currency
- Duties and taxes vary by country/region of destination and will be estimated during checkout. We can not be held responsible for any incurred duties or taxes, these differ per country of destination.

SCULPTED BASE RETURN POLICY
We hope you love your items as much as we do, however, if you are not completely happy, we do accept
returns according to the conditions below provided the original product is received back to us within 7
days of purchase and is in the same condition, it was sent in.
To be eligible for a refund the product must contain all original packaging and should be posted back to us
in tracked postage with a layer of protection to avoid damages.
To process a return, please email [email protected] and quote your order number. Please
do not send the item back to us, until you have received approval and a RA number.
Please note we are unable to process a refund if the product has been used.
You will be responsible for the shipping charges to return the product to us.

hours for a refund or replacement.
